On Saturday, November 22, 2025, Cervera held a party to celebrate the titles of World Champion and World Vice-champion of MotoGP achieved by the brothers Marc and Àlex Márquez respectively, neighbors of the capital of La Segarra.
Before the party in the streets of the city center, the world motorcycling champions received institutional recognition in an event in the Plenary Hall of the town hall which was chaired by the Minister of Education, Vocational Training and Sports, Pilar Alegría, the Minister of Sports, Berni Álvarez, and the Mayor, Jan Pomés.
For this event, L'ESFERA was in charge of designing and preparing the two institutional gifts that were given to the Márquez brothers.
Knowing the multitude of trophies and awards that the two honorees receive, the municipal council wanted their gift to primarily convey the recognition of the city of Cervera to its most universal neighbors and ambassadors. It was also important to take into account that the event would be a joint one, and that the brothers' achievements were, both in themselves, remarkable.
We proposed designs with a young and modern image, taking inspiration in each case from the bib and colors of each rider. They both share the figure of the deer, a fragment of the coat of arms of Cervera, the city where they were born and which recognizes them. The two gifts also have the same size and the same aesthetics, thus achieving a harmonious and balanced visual set to celebrate and highlight the level of achievements of the two honorees.
