We build again an exhibition model of an industrial cooling system designed to show the different parts and the operation of a mobile canvas cooling tunnel. This model, made on scale 1:10 using a wide variety of technical materials, stood out in its presentation during the Fruit Attraction 2023 edition in IFEMA Madrid.
In this particular case, the model was designed so that the visitor could manipulate the canvas, extending it to start the forced cooling process of the equipment, or collecting it, to show the accessibility and disposition of the product to be treated. The structural parts of the model were reinforced to withstand the effort of the pull, and a simple automatic collection system of the canvas was prepared.
As with all industrial models, it is very important to reproduce in detail all the mechanical and electrical components of the equipment, to achieve an attractive, understandable and professional aesthetic effect.
In addition to the model design, a custom transport box was developed. This element is important to ensure the optimal protection and preservation of each piece of the model, guaranteeing its durability and facilitating its safe transport and storage between presentations and fairs.
